Jim Williams, CPCU

Jim and Sally Williams are native Californians and long-time residents of the City of Fullerton, where they raised their family and have been actively involved in civic and community service for nearly 50 years. Jim's clients have been relying on him and Williams Co Insurance Brokers for protecting their families and businesses since 1973. They count on his significant insurance experience, risk management expertise, and practical insight to guide them as a trusted advisor. He holds the professional designation of C.P.C.U . Jim has been honored for his service to humanity and community by the Boy's and Girl's Club, Shelter for the Homeless, Fullerton Elementary School District, City of Fullerton, Fullerton High School, Los Hombres Buenos (Good Guys), Rotary Club of Fullerton and Rotary International, Fullerton Chamber of Commerce, YWCA and many other organizations. Amongst Jim's personal hobbies and interests include writing, directing, producing and occasionally acting in short plays.

Monique Consiglio, Professional Insurance Associate

I will start by saying I have a love for traveling! My husband & I have been blessed to visit numerous places over the past few years we have journeyed to Peru, The Amazon Jungle, Aruba, Jamaica, The Bahamas, Cabo San Lucas, Costa Rica & Africa! Our next journey will take us to visit Bali Indonesia! I enjoy the great outdoors, boating, deep sea fishing, horseback riding & hiking. I am a huge lover of animals big and small. I have one daughter, two step sons & the most beautiful grandson all of which I adore. I feel family is of great importance. I have been with Williams Insurance now for 17 years & running & have 31 years in the insurance industry. I enjoy helping people understand what insurance is for & the valuable protection they are obtaining. I enjoy assisting customer with their personal insurance needs in understanding what their insurance is for and the valuable coverage they are obtaining to protect their assets.

Katie Basterrechea, Professional Insurance Associate

I started working for Williams Insurance in March of 2017 as a Customer Service Representative where I was able to build and establish relationships with our wonderful clients. After assisting and working alongside our agents, I became a Personal Insurance Agent in 2020. I graduated from Cal State Fullerton with my degree in Public Relations where I spent a lot of time volunteering with non-profits. I have over 17 years of customer service experience and I love connecting and building relationships with people!

I live in Yorba Linda with my husband, my 4-year-old son, my 1-year-old daughter, and our two rescue dogs, Calli and Cash. We enjoy spending time with our family and friends, summer camping trips to Mammoth, exploring the great outdoors, and hockey. Go Ducks!

Susie Liu, Office Manager

I have over 30 years of customer service and office experience and been with Williams Insurance for over 20 years. I have done volunteer work with the Fullerton Car Show and various animal rescues. In my free time I enjoy cooking, traveling, taking my dogs to the lake and spending time with my family.

David Silverman, VP Commercial Insurance, CIC, CRM

I’m grateful to have joined Williams Insurance in October 2021. My career as a Commercial Insurance advisor began in 2002 and along the way I’m proud to have earned both Certified Insurance Counselor and Certified Risk Manager professional designations. I advise small and mid-size businesses and non-profits on how to get the absolute best value for their premium dollar, as well as practical instruction on how to avoid OSHA regulatory and compliance issues. My focus and specialties have included commercial property owners, plastics manufacturers, restaurants, and licensed cannabis operations. I was born in Long Beach, raised here in Seal Beach, and currently living in Orange I have deep roots in the community. Aside from family time and the arts, Jeannie and I enjoy the outdoors, hiking our beautiful OC hills, and walking our Mini-Aussie Finn. During the pandemic I took to creating oil paintings from our travel photos, which I continue to enjoy.

Mike Fillmore, Professional Insurance Associate

I got my start in insurance while attending the University of Northern Iowa in the late 1990s. After I moved back to my hometown of Fullerton in 2004, I was hired by Williams Insurance in May of that year. Since then I have earned my Certified Insurance Counselor, CIC, designation in 2010. My wife, Michele, and I currently own a condo in Fullerton, where we live with our dogs. For the last several years I have been our condo complex's HOA board president, which has given me a unique insight to the complexities of condo living and as a result a great understanding the nuanced differences condo owner insurance policies and the coverage needs of unit owners. I am a member of the Kiwanis Club of Fullerton. My passions are cooking international foods, travel, and collecting wine. I am a Fullerton Union High School alum, Class of 1994. In addition, I am also a former member of Fullerton's Troop 93, where I attained the rank of Eagle Scout. I am proud to continue my involvement with Troop 93 through our Kiwanis Club of Fullerton sponsorship.

Mary Rodriguez, Professional Insurance Associate

I started my career in Insurance working for and Insurance carrier back in February 1996 and have been with Williams since May 2018. Professionally I am passionate about connecting with clients, providing individualized risk analysis and assisting in overall risk management. I have 6 wonderful children and 2 grandbabies that keep me busy. My interest outside of work include BBQ's with family and friends, going out on dates with my husband, watch my teenagers play sports, and going to Angel games.

Judy Flowers, Professional Medicare Agent

I came to Williams Insurance in 1979 to work with my dad, Carl Williams. I am licensed and certified to sell Medicare health plans and am dedicated to help seniors, like me, understand Medicare and work through the enrollment process. I also work with our clients with Individual Health Plans and Life Insurance. I love spending time with my two sons and four grandchildren. Serving on my Homeowners Association Board of Directors and serving on the leadership team at my church are important to me. I love music and fast cars.

Monica Cook, Professional Insurance Associate

My insurance career began in 2000 where I split the next decade working as an Underwriter for Mercury Insurance and AAA before becoming a licensed agent in 2008 and moving to the independent insurance agency side of the business. I have 21 years of insurance experience and provide high level customer service supported by building strong relationships with each of my clients. I live with my family in Fullerton and in my spare time enjoy going to the beach, reading, baking, cooking and cheering on my kids in their youth soccer, baseball and hockey games. Our family also enjoys cheering on the Angels and the LA Kings.
